We believe in the alignment of each venture with the life’s work of those involved. Instead of ends justifying means, we value transformation in all parts of our process: from personal growth, to transformation of financial structures and returns to reflect a more whole and just approach to realizing creative works and impact. We invest in the the journey of each individual artist, founder and team as much as the ventures they are creating.

We work with an ecosystem of creatives, business-leaders and funders who believe in playing their role as part of an equitable eco-system that respects the diversity of value offered and applies appropriate gifts and skills to make a venture succeed. As such, we value trust, diversity of opinion, and collaboration as part of the process of collective transformation and cooperation.
